Ways to use Essential Oil
- Direct Inhalation
- Diffusion
For aroma diffuser/oil burner:
100ml ; 3-5 drops
300ml ; 11-15 drops
500ml ; 21-25 drops
- Massage
For Children/Pregnant women:
1% dilution = 10 drops of essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil (sweet almond oil, jojoba oil)
For Average adults:
2% dilution = 20 drops of essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil
